Zach La Motta
Zach La Motta co-founded Anchor Capital Partners in 2021, where he oversees overall portfolio operations including acquisitions, due-diligence, leasing, and asset management. Additionally, Zach is responsible for all value-add initiatives and maintains a construction management role. Prior to founding Anchor Capital Partners, Zach was a Director at The Stro Companies, a New Jersey-based industrial real estate operator with over 10 million square feet under management, where he directly managed portfolio-wide leasing, construction management, and property management as well as played an active role in evaluating and assessing new acquisitions. He was directly involved in transactions equating to 1,000,000 square feet of rentable space in Northern New Jersey.
Zach graduated from Vanderbilt University and holds an MS in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Steven Farkas
Steven Farkas co-founded Anchor Capital Partners in 2021, where he oversees overall investment strategy including financial analysis, the structuring of debt and equity, and investor relations. Additionally, Steven is responsible for site selection and acts as a director of new development. Prior to founding Anchor Capital Partners, Steven was an Associate at Tavros Capital, a New York City real estate investment and development firm, where he specialized in acquisitions, capital markets and asset management across residential, office, and mixed-use assets. Steven has played an integral role in over $1.8 billion worth of development and value-add transactions. Steven began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Shelter Rock Capital Group focused on private real estate funds.
Steven graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
